Cheer Fall Registration (2025)

Required Forms

These forms are required for certification. Documents to download:

AYF Player Medical Clearance Form:

  • Take medical clearance form to physician to complete a 2025 physical. Dr. must complete, sign, and stamp the form.


Norcal Scholastic letter:

  • If athlete does not have a report card for current school year, print Norcal Scholastic letter and complete.


Certification Required documents to turn in:

  • Original Birth Certificate 
  • 2025 Medical Clearance Form
  • School report card or AYF scholastic school letter
  • Copy of Health Insurance Card


REQUIRED DEPOSITS:

$50 parent volunteer deposit required. Will be returned at end of season once hours are completed.

Also, there is an opt-out to pay $50 and not volunteer for the season.

Payment can be paid at any camp/events at registration table to Denisha Williams.

Form has to be signed by parent.

SEASON INFO:

Season starts third Monday in July and run until playoffs until November.

Once season starts, teams practice 3 days a per week, Tues, Wed, Thurs. from 6-8pm.

The Sac Jr. Dragons are under the NorCal Youth Football and Cheer League.

There are 8 games scheduled for the season. Four home games, four away games. Travel is required depending on who the opposing association is on the schedule.

Sacramento Charter High School, 2325 34th Street, Sacramento, CA 95817.

CHEER:

The Sac Jr. Dragons is accepting inquiries for the 2025 Fall season which consists of the following divisions:

D6 (4-6), D8 (7-8) D10 (9-10), D12 (11-12), D14U (13-14) years of ages. 

2025 Fees: 

No refund once uniform is ordered.

$250.00 returners until May 1, 2005

$300.00 new until July 1, 2025

$350.00 after July 1, 2025

Registration fees includes: 

Uniform (shell, body liner, skirt, shirt)

Jamboree outfit (shorts and t-shirt)

Warm Up Suit

Backpack 

Shoes

Bow  

Poms* will be borrowed for season

Important dates: 

May 5, 2025 - 1st order of uniforms to be placed.

June 5, 2025 - 2nd order of uniforms to be placed.

July 5, 2025 - 3rd order of uniforms to be placed.

Regular Season:

July 28 - Aug 1, 2025 - Mandatory Conditioning (6-8pm)

Effective August 5th - Practice Every Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays (6-8pm) 

August 2025 - Jamboree @ Location TBD

NO JEWELRY OR ARTIFICIAL NAILS

Local Competition: October 2025, more info tba

*Local Comp fees of $40.00 will be collected in August if not fundraised*
